Search warrant leads to four arrests on Six Nations
The Six Nations Police conducted an investigation and completed two Section 11 Controlled Drugs & Substances Act search warrants at a 5th Line Road residence and mobile trailer on Thursday (February 15th, 2024). This led to four adults being arrested at the residence without incident. During the search of the residence police seized fentanyl, cocaine and currency, along with evidence indicative of ongoing drug trafficking.
As a result of the investigation, Madolyn Twyla Porter, Beau Green, Colette Green and Cordero General were charged with the following offences:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Fentanyl
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Cocaine
- Proceeds of Crime Under $5,000
- Possession Ammunition: Careless Use
General was released via a Form 10 undertaking with a future court date. The remaining three accused remanded in custody pending formal bail hearings.
