CJRO News: Boy missing from Orléans, police search underway
UPDATED: Ottawa Police report a missing 12-year-old boy from Ottawa/Orleans has been located safe and sound.
Justin Ruberwa was last seen in the area of Tompkins Avenue in Orléans wearing ripped blue jeans and using a blanket as a sweater. He is a Black youth, 4 feet 5 inches tall with a thin build, according to police. Anyone with information is asked to call 613 236-1222, extension 2355.
